不同灌水处理对灰枣果实着色品质的影响

摘  要:研究不同灌水处理对灰枣着色品质的影响。以新疆阿克苏的灰枣为试验材料,利用数码相机采集灰枣着色图像。考虑灌水定额和滴头流量两个因素,设置4个不同的灌水处理进行大田试验。在一个灰枣上检验,结果表明一天内不同时刻的测算结果重复性好;在成熟期对灰枣进行检验,结果表明R/G比值小时果实为鲜红,R/G比值大时果实为深红色,其分界值大约是2.22,并且随着R/G比值增大,果实着色逐渐变深,R/G比值与果实颜色存在直观对应关系;滴头流量均为3.75L/h,灌水定额为22.5mm处理R/G比值较灌水定额为37.5mm处理大29.7%,较灌水定额为30mm大11.5%,但在a=5%显著水平下差异不显著;灌水定额均为30mm,滴头流量为2.0L/h的处理R/G比值较滴头流量为3.75L/h的处理大7.7%,但在a=5%显著水平下差异不显著;各处理果实R/G比值与可溶性总糖含量呈正相关与总酸含量呈负相关,相关系数分别为0.98、-0.99。综合滴头流量及灌水定额两因素,灌水定额22.5mm,滴头流量为3.75L/h的处理果实着色较优。In order to make a full understanding of the effect on the coloration of Gray Jujube under different irrigation treatments,gray Jujube trees in Aksu,Xinjiang,were chosen as study materials and a digital camera was used to capture the images of Gray Jujube.A field experiment was carried out under different irrigation quota and dripper discharge.The results of testing on a gray jujube showed that the estimation of fruit color at different times of the day had a good reproducibility;the verification on gray jujube in the maturity showed that fruit color was light red when R/Gratio was low,and the fruit color was crimson when R/Gratio was high;the cutoff value of R/Gratio was about 2.22;with the R/Gratio increasing,the fruit color became deeper;there was a corresponding relationship between R/Gratio and fruit color;when the dripper discharge was 3.75L/h,the R/Gratio with the irrigation quota of 22.5mm was 29.7%larger than that with the irrigation quota of 37.5mm,and 11.5%larger than that with the irrigation quota of 30mm;no obvious difference was found at the significance level of a=5%;when the irrigation quota was 30 mm,the R/Gratio with the dripper discharge of 3.75L/h was 7.7%smaller than that with the dripper discharge of 2.0L/h.And there was no obvious difference at the significance level of a=5%;the R/Gratio of each treatment was positively correlated with the total content of soluble sugar and was negatively correlated with the total acid content;the former correlation coefficient was 0.98 and the latter was-0.99.Considering the two factors,drip irrigation quota of 22.5mm and drip discharge of 3.75L/h were the best choice to improve the fruit color.
