摘 要:保水剂是一类具有抗旱保湿特性的高分子聚合物,被称为土壤中的"微型水库"。以新疆干旱地区土壤特性为切入点,分别考察盐浓度、溶液pH值、温度等对KCE、沃特(WT)、HG-60 3种保水剂吸水性能的影响,同时研究在不同土壤中保水剂的抗蒸发能力。结果表明:保水剂吸水倍率随着盐浓度的增加而下降;同时偏酸或偏碱都会使保水剂的吸水倍率呈下降趋势,但在碱性条件下的变化趋势小于酸性条件下的变化;无论干燥冷冻或者凝胶冷冻,保水剂吸水性能均受到显著影响,WT和KCE干燥状态冷冻后比凝胶状态冷冻后的吸水倍率要高,而HG-60呈现不规律性;在土壤抗蒸发试验中保水剂的保水能力:砂土中KCE>WT>HG-60、壤土中WT>KCE>HG-60、黏土中HG-60>WT>KCE。Super absorbent polymer(SAP)is a kind of polymer with moisturizing and drought resisting properties and called "minireservoir".In this paper,started form the soil characteristics of arid region in Xinjiang,the influences of salt,pH and temperature on the absorbency of three kinds of SAP,namely KCE,WT and HG-60,were investigated,and their evaporation resistance performance in different soil was studied.The results showed that:the water absorbent rate(WAR)of SAP decreased with the increase of salt concentration;the slightly acidic or alkaline condition would make SAP absorbency decrease,but the decrease trend under alkaline condition was less than that under acidic condition;the WAR of SAP were significantly affected under both drying-frozen and saturated-frozen condition,the WAR of WT and KCE under both drying-frozen condition was higher than that under saturatedfrozen condition,while that of HG-60 showed no regularity.In the soil evaporation experiment,the order of holding moisture ability of the SAP was:KCEWTHG-60 for sand,WTKCEHG-60 for loam,and HG-60WTKCE for clay.
