福州保税港入境集装箱装载废物原料疫情截获分析

摘　　要：本文对福州保税港2010~2014年入境集装箱装载废物原料有害生物截获数据进行统计分析,结果表明,2010~2014年福州保税港共检验检疫废物原料17 396批次,240.88万t,检出有害生物76批次,检出率4.37‰。有害生物涵盖昆虫、杂草、软体动物及螨类4大类,共计63种,119种次。进口废物原料可能携带的植物疫情风险较高,必须采取有效的检验检疫措施进行控制。在此基础上,梳理了入境集装箱废物原料植物检疫存在的问题,总结工作中的关键控制环节,并提出措施建议。The statistics of the epidemic interception in imposed waste materials at Fuzhou Free Trade Port from 2010 to 2014,showed that 17 396 batches,2.4088 million tons of imposed waste material ware quarantined,76 batches ware disqualified and the positive rate was 4.37‰ from 2010 to 2014,Including insects,weeds,mollusks and mites 4 kinds of creatures,a total of 63 species,119 kinds of time had been intercepted. So entry containers loading waste materials might be carrying pest risk is higher.Based on this,the existing problems of quarantine on imposed waste materials were pointed out,summarized the key control point and the treated method were put forward.
