文化智力在文化适应中的中介效应检验

摘　　要：为了探讨文化智力在文化适应与心理安全感之间的中介效应作用,采用"文化心理适应量表""心理安全感量表"和"文化智力量表",对广东省3所高校的252名新疆学生进行测评。结果表明:在人际安全感项目上男生的得分显著高于女生;文化智力与人际安全感呈显著正相关,与确定控制感呈显著负相关;文化智力和文化适应均可以显著地预测个体的人际安全感和确定控制感。文化智力在文化适应与心理安全感之间发挥着中介效应作用。In order to probe the mediating effect of cultural intelligence between culture-adaptation and mental security, 252 Xinjiang students from three universities in Guangdong Province were tested by using the cultural adaptation scale, the security questionnaire and the cultural intelligence scale. The results show that boys scored significantly higher than girls in interpersonal security; cultural intelligence are positively correlated with interpersonal safety, and negatively correlated with the sense of control; cultural intelligence and cultural-adaptation can significantly predict the interpersonal security and the sense of control. Cultural intelligence plays a mediating effect between the cultural-adaptation and mental security.
