摘　　要：实现公开透明是高校基金会的大势所趋。高校基金会要实现公开透明,加强档案管理工作则是基础。本文站在档案管理的视角,在分析档案管理和公开透明关系的基础上,着重分析了制约公开透明的高校基金会档案管理存在的问题,并提出了促进公开透明的相应对策。It is an irresistible trend that foundation work in colleges should be open and transparent. Strengthening archives management is the base of college foundation to realize the target of publicity and transparency. Based on the analysis of the relation between archives management and the work of publicity and transparency,this paper explores the existing problems of archives management in college foundation,and then points out the countermeasures to promote the transparency of college foundation.
