摘　　要：文章分析了转炉烟罩漏水的原因,利用实验室检测手段得出了冷却水含氧量过高和p H值过低是水管爆裂的主要原因,并针对性地设计了带有调整p H值、除氧、阻止水垢生成3种功能的水质自动改善系统,并研发了能减少漏水率、降低制造成本的新型管屏,通过实践证明有效减少了转炉烟罩漏水情况。This paper analyze the reasons of leaking, Through the detection methods of converter gas hood, find the main reasons of pipe burse, which are cooling water have high oxygen and p H values is too lower. then the author design automatic water quality improvement system, with three functions to adjust p H, deoxidize, prevent scale formation and developed a new type of tube, through the practice has proved effective to reduce the converter hood leaking water.
