摘 要:【目的】探讨新异故事测验(SST)在6~11岁儿童中的应用,分析SST得分与年龄、言语理解能力的关系。【方法】对120名6~11岁正常儿童进行SST及马特森儿童社会技能量表(MESSY)中文版测评,平均年龄为(8.94±0.16)岁;根据知情同意情况对其中60名儿童进行韦氏儿童智力量表第四版(WISC-IV)测试智商。以MESSY中"适当的社会技能"为效标,采用Pearson分析和Cronbach′sα系数评估SST的信效度,方差分析及LSD-t检验比较不同年龄儿童的SST得分,多重线性回归模型探索SST总得分与年龄、言语理解能力间的关系。【结果】Pearson相关分析显示SST总得分与效标的相关系数r=0.289(P〈0.05);SST总得分Cronbach′sα系数为0.781,重测系数为0.937(P〈0.01)。随年龄增长,儿童的SST得分呈现增长趋势(P〈0.001);回归模型中,年龄及言语理解能力的标准偏回归系数分别为0.383和0.567。【结论】采用SST对6~11岁正常儿童进行评估具备良好的信效度,6~11岁正常儿童的SST得分随年龄呈增长趋势,且受到言语理解能力的影响。【Objective】 To investigate the application of strange stories test(SST) in children aged between 6 and 11 years old in, and analyze the relationship among the total scores of SST, age and verbal comprehension ability. 【Methods】 120 children(mean age 8.94 ± 1.72) were tested by the Strange Stories and the Chinese version of The Matson Evaluation of Social Skills with Youngsters(MESSY); 60 children were tested by Wechsler Intelligence Scale(4th ed.) according to the informed consent. With the score of"Adaptive / Appropriate " of MESSY as criterion, using Pearson correlation analysis and Cronbach′ s α coefficient to assess the reliability and validity of SST. Using one-way ANOVA and LSD-t test to compare the difference between different ages, using multiple linear regression model to explore the relationship among the total score of SST, age and verbal comprehension ability. 【Result】 The coefficient of the total score of SST with the criterion was 0.289(P 0.05), Chronbach′s α coefficient was 0.781 and the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.937(P 0.01). Children′ s total score of SST were different in different age and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.001); in the regression model, the standardized coefficients of age and verbal comprehension ability were 0.383 and 0.567. 【Conclusion】 The reliability and validity of SST were acceptable for assessing the advanced To M ability in children aged from 6 to 11 year old, children′s total score of SST arose with aging and was affected by verbal comprehension ability.
