摘  要:目的推导独立通气笼(IVC)饲养常用雌性SD大鼠的进食量、饮水量参考范围值及二者之间的相关性,以及二者分别与体重的相关性。方法目标大鼠IVC适应性喂养一周后,称重分装于IVC中饲养,连续5天测量每日进食量及饮水量,分别求出每日进食量和饮水量的取值范围,分析二者之间的相关性以及二者分别与体重的相关性。结果该体重范围内大鼠每日进食量为16.8~17.7 g,每日饮水量为23.7~25.4 ml,进食量与饮水量两者之间以及两者分别与体重呈直线正相关(P〈0.05)。结论初步建立了现阶段常用IVC饲养条件下单一性别实验大鼠的每日进食量和饮水量的参考范围值,推导出两者之间呈正相关,且分别与大鼠的体重呈正相关,并可由公式粗略推算。Objective To infer the reference value range of food-intake and water-intake of rats in individual ventilated cages (IVC)and correlation between the two values and between the rat weight and the two values. Methods After one week of adaptive feed,weighing instruments were installed in IVC. The daily food-intake and water-intake per rat were measured for five days to infer the reference value range of food-intake and water-intake. The correlation with rat weight and the correlation between the two values were analyzed. Results The daily food-intake range of the rats was 16. 8 - 17.7 g, and daily water-intake range was 23.7 - 25.4 ml. The food-intake and water-intake were correlated with body weight in a straight line, respectively. There was also a linear correlation between the two indexes. Conclusion We preliminary establish the reference ranges for food-intake and water-intake of experimental rats under conditions of IVC. We also infer the positive correlations between the two indexes and the positive correlation between the weight and the two indexes that can be calculated roughly by a formula.
