摘  要:目的探讨尿道型阴茎弯曲畸形阴茎皮肤及纤维短缩尿道组织中表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR)的表达特征。方法收集25例接受手术治疗的尿道型阴茎弯曲患者阴茎背侧、腹侧皮肤和纤维短缩尿道组织(尿道型阴茎弯曲组),以包皮过长患者18例作为正常对照组,收集包皮环切术中正常阴茎背侧、腹侧包皮组织。组织标本经免疫组化LSAB法染色后检测EGF、EGFR表达特征。结果正常阴茎包皮及尿道型阴茎弯曲组织EGF、EGFR均存在阳性表达。尿道型阴茎弯曲背侧、腹侧包皮EGF及EGFR表达与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。尿道型阴茎弯曲自身背侧、腹侧包皮EGF及EGFR表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度弯曲纤维短缩尿道与轻中度弯曲比较,EGFR表达显著减低(P<0.05),EGF表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿道型阴茎弯曲畸形阴茎皮肤及纤维短缩尿道组织中EGF和EGFR表达无显著减少,重度弯曲纤维短缩尿道EGFR表达存在缺陷。Objective ' To investigate the expression characteristics of epidermal growth factor( EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in genital tissue and fibrotic urethra of patients with urethral type penis bending deformity. Methods Dorsal prepuce ,ventral perimeatal skin and fibrotic urethra from 25 patients with the disease were harvested in surgery. The prepuce from 18 boys in circumcision was used as control. The expression distribution of EGF and EGFR was assessed with immunohistechemistry. Results The expressions of EGF an EGFR were positive in specimens from the both group. No significant difference in EGF or EGFR expressions was detected between skin specimens between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05), and between dorsal and ventral specimens from the patients (P 〉 0. 05). However, EGFR expression was significant decreased in fibrotic urethra of serious deformity when compared to mild-tomoderate deformity(P 〈 0. 05), but no significant difference in EGF expression was detected. Conclusion No difference in EGF and EGFR expressions is detected in dorsal,ventral skin and fibrotic urethra of patients with urethral type penis bending deformity. In patients with serious deformity, the expression of EGFR is flawed.
