在位子宫内膜神经生长因子在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨在位子宫内膜神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择2013年9月至2014年3月在四川大学华西第二医院行手术治疗的EMS患者39例(A组),其中疼痛22例(A1组),无疼痛17例(A2组)。选择同期因宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)III行子宫切除的24例患者作为对照(B组)。采用免疫组化法检测各组子宫在位内膜中NGF的表达。结果 NGF在A组及B组在位子宫内膜上均有阳性表达,但A组、A1组NGF的表达均明显高于B组(P<0.05),A1组表达明显高于A2组(P<0.05),而A2与B组比较表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 EMS患者在位子宫内膜NGF表达增加,伴有疼痛者更明显。NGF可能参与了EMS疼痛的发生。Objective To investigate the expression of nerve growth factor（NGF） in eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis, and to explore the role of NGF in the development of endometriosis-associated pain. Methods A total of 63 patients un- derwent surgical were studied. Of these patients ,39 underwent surgical endometriosis lesion excision（ group A） in which 22 patients suffered from dysmenorrheal（ group A1 ）and 17 patients had no dysmenorrheal（ group A2）. At the same time,24 patients undergone utero ectomy because of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（ C IN）were used as control group （group B ）. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of NGF in eutopic endometrium. Results The level of NGF of endometrium in the group A and the group AI were significantly higher than that in the group B （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of NGF in endometrium in the group A1 was significantly higher than that in the group A2 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in NGF expression between the group A2 and group B （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion NGF express in endometrium of patients with dysmenorrhea may participate in the pathogenesis of endome- triosis and endometriosis associated pain.
