应用高效液相色谱法测定清热利胆合剂中绿原酸的含量分析

摘　　要：目的评价高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定清热利胆合剂中绿原酸含量的效果。方法采用HPLC法对4个清热利胆合剂样品（批号：140109、140412、140609、140714）中绿原酸的含量进行测定。结果绿原酸进样量在220.4~2204 ng有良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）;平均回收率为99.63%,RSD为0.78%。结论 HPLC法测定清热利胆合剂中绿原酸的含量简便快速,结果准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To investigate the efficacy of HPLC method in determination of chlorogenic acid content in Qingre Lidan Mixture. Methods The contents of chlorogenic acid in four samples （Lot. 140109,140412,140609 and 140714）of Qingre Lidan Mixture were measured by a HPLC method. Results The chlorogenic acid injection volume of 220. 4 - 2204 ng had a fine linear rela- tionship（ r=0. 9997）. The rate of average recovery was 99. 63% and RSD was 0. 78%. Conclusion This method is proved to be sim- ple and rapid. The result is accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the quality control of Qingre Lidan Mixture.
