替米沙坦辅助治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨替米沙坦辅助治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将50例2型糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各25例。两组均给予基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用替米沙坦80 mg qd,疗程均为24周。观察两组舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24UP)、血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及糖化血红蛋白(GHb)。结果治疗组24UP、Cr、GHb较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血压、BUN与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组GHb较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血压、24UP、Cr、BUN与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组24UP、Cr、GHb均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血压、Cr、BUN与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替米沙坦辅助治疗糖尿病肾病,能够显著减少尿蛋白,改善肾功能,疗效确切。Objective To observe the effects of telmisartan in the adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Fifty patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment and control groups ,25 in each group. The control group was on- ly given basic treatment while the treatment group was given telmisartan treatment （80 mg, qd）for 24 weeks on the basis of basic treatment. Diastolic blood pressure （ DBP）, Systolic blood pressure （ SBP）, 24 -hour urinary protein excretion （ 24 UP）, serum creatinine （ Cr ）, blood urea nitrogen（BUN）and GHb were observed in the both groups. R^ulIs In the experimental group,24UP,Cr and GHb were significantly decreased（P 〈 0. 05 ）but BP and BUN had no significant change after treatment when compared to before treatment. In the control group, GHb was decreased（P 〈 0. 05 ）but BP,24UP, Cr and BUN had no obviously change after treatment when compared to before treatment. After the treatment,the 24 UP, Cr and GHb in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. However, no significant change in BP and BUN was found between the two groups. Conclusion The application of telmisartan adjuvant treatment for diabetic nephropathy can reduce urinary protein and improve renal function. The clinical effect is definite.
