摘 要:技术进步促进节能减排、降低单位GDP能耗,而科技经费的投入又会促进技术进步。本文首先实证分析了辽宁省科技经费的投入与单位GDP能耗的关系:具有显著的负相关关系,并给出了其原因。然后,基于统计数据分析了辽宁省科技经费投入的结构,并提出了建立多元化科技经费筹集模式的措施。Technical progress can promote energy-saving and emission-reduction and decrease energy consumption per unit of GDP,while science and technology investment can in turn boost technical progress.In this paper,firstly, the empirical analysis shows that there exists a conspicuous negative correlation between science and technology investment and energy consumption per unit of GDP in Liaoning Province, as well as the further analysis of its reason. Secondly,based on statistics data,we carried out an analysis of the structure of science and technology investment in Liaoning Province,and put forward some measures to construct the mode of multiplex science and technology investment.
