摘 要:近年来检验检疫业务量成倍增长,进出口商品安全问题关系到国计民生,业务量大和关注度高双重的压力,使检验检疫的风险因素呈指数增长的态势,因此亟需有效的风险分析方法在检验检疫领域的落地应用。实验室检测机构掌握着海量的试验数据,加以利用,不仅能够反映实验室的检验技术能力和管理水平,还能为严把质量控制关、提高实验室管理水平、挖掘潜在的有价值的信息积累了大量素材。本文以检验检疫业务事实和海量实验室检测数据为依据,旨在通过分析历史数据挖掘潜在的风险信息,并验证这种风险趋势能够延续到未来,从而对预期的风险实施防控。In recent years, doubling the amount of inspection and quarantine, import and export commodity security issues related to people's livelihood, business volume and the dual pressures of high concern, Inspection and Quarantine of the risk factors that exponential growth, making it imperative that effective risk analysis methods in landing field inspection and quarantine applications. Laboratory testing organizations hold vast amounts of test data be used, not only to reflect the ability of the laboratory testing technology and management level, but also for strict quality control clearance, improving laboratory management level, to tap the potential accumulation of valuable information a lot of material. In this paper, the fact that inspection and quarantine and mass laboratory testing data as the basis, aims to analyze historical data mining potential risk information and verify that this risk trend can be sustained into the future, and thus the expected implementation of prevention and control of risk.
