针灸联合推拿治疗膝部骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合推拿治疗膝部骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例膝部骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组患者给予推拿治疗,观察组患者采用针灸联合推拿治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后VAS评分为(2.34±0.67)分,对照组为(3.56±0.37)分;观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,两组患者VAS评分及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合推拿治疗膝部骨性关节炎,可有效减轻患者膝关节疼痛,改善患者膝部骨关节功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage therapy of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：80cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group,each group of 40 cases.The control group was given massage therapy,the observation group of acupuncture combined with massage therapy,observing the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：after treatment,the VAS score of observation group was（2.34＋0.67）,the control group was（3.56＋0.37）;the effective rate of treatment group was 95.0%,the effective rate of the control group was 80.0%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group.The difference between the two groups were of statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：acupuncture combined with massage therapy can effectively relieve pain in patients with knee to knee osteoarthritis patients,the knee joint function of patients can be effectively improved,promoting the treatment.
