武术健身操对中小学生身心健康发展的作用研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,指出武术健身操在中小学开展的意义。传统的课间操由于时间过短,动作单一,学生会产生厌倦厌学的心理。《全国中小学生系列武术健身操》是以武术为主要内容,以套路和格斗为运动形式,内容丰富,形式多样,动作新颖,有深刻的寓意和趣味,富有挑战性的魅力。符合生命力旺盛,生性好动的青少年的"口味",满足其好奇、探究、体验和冒险的心理。青少年是我国社会主义建设的后备力量和优秀民族文化传统的继承人,自有"少年智则国智,少年富则国富,少年强则国强"。他们的健康发展直接关系到我国未来发展的命运。武术健身操在开展的过程中受诸多客观因素制约。文章从武术健身操的特点、意义、出现的问题等几个方面对此进行论述。This article uses the literature review and logical analysis to point out the significance of carrying out Wushu aerobics in primary and secondary schools. Traditional class-break exercises are so short and single that students have been tired of exercises.＂The national series of Wushu aerobics of primary and secondary school students＂takes Wushu as the main content in the form of routines and fighting, which has rich contents, various forms and innovative actions,having profound implication and fun, and having the challenging charm. It is in line with the active teens＇ characteristics of exuberant vitality and natural disposition, which can satisfy their curiosity to explore, experience, and take risk. Youth is the reserve force of China＇s socialist construction and the heir to the fine traditions of national culture, and there is the saying ＂young＇s wisdom is the nation＇s wisdom, young＇s wealth is the nation＇s wealth, the strong young makes country strong＂. Their healthy development is directly related to the fate of the future development of our country. In the process of conducting, Wushu aerobics is conditioned by many objective factors. This article will discuss those factors from several aspects such as the characteristics of Wushu aerobics, significance and problems.
