摘 要:文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对高校武术课实施《武术段位制》教学改革进行研究。研究结果表明:高校武术课实施《武术段位制》教学改革是民意所向,高校学生对武术课的学习兴趣很浓厚,但是对武术段位制内容的了解程度有待加强;现行的武术段位制教学改革存在教学方法单一,考评方法"守旧";段位费用影响通段的积极性;段位制教学改革宣传力度不够等问题,应创新教学方法和考评机制,适当调整段位费用和加大宣传力度,使武术段位制在高校得到更好的推广、普及和发展。By using literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper researches on the implementation of the Wushu Rank in the College Wushu Courses. The results show that implementation of the Wushu Rank in the College Wushu Courses is the public opinion. College students' interest in learning Wushu is strong, but the level of understanding of the content of Wushu Rank is low which needs to be strengthened. There are many problems about the teaching practice reform of the Wushu Rank, for example, the teaching method is single, evaluation method is "conservative", the Rank fee has bad effects on the motivation and the publicity of teaching reform of Wushu Rank is not enough, therefore, teaching methods and evaluation mechanisms should be innovated, and appropriate adjustments of Rank costs and publicity efforts should be made to help Wushu Rank get better promotion, popularization and development in the universities.
