新形势下开展公共场所预防性卫生审查工作的探讨

摘　　要：新建、改建和扩建公共场所的预防性卫生审查对保障公共场所卫生质量、有效提高卫生水平起到事半功倍的作用,但目前预防性审查工作存在工作难以落实、审查手续繁琐、影响行政效率的问题,与当前国家行政审批制度改革的要求不适宜。为积极主动高效地开展好服务,认真履行好工作职责,使预防性卫生审查工作真正落实,努力提高行政效能,笔者提出了强化服务意识、主动开展工作的做法,并提出明确审查重点、规范审查形式、简化审查手续和借助网络平台等四个方面规范和提高工作效率的举措。Preventive health examination in public places in the phase of construction,reconstruction and expansion had the effective to security the health quality in public place and improve the level of hygiene.But there has some problems,of preventive examination,such as difficult to implement,cumbersome procedures,affecting administrative efficiency,which was adapted to the reform of administrative approval system reform.To work actively and efficiently and to well fulfill the duties,the author put forward to strengthen service consciousness and four countermeasures to standard and improve the work efficiency,including clear examination key,standard review form,simplify the review process,and with the aid of network platform.
