摘　　要：本文重点对我国远程医疗领域中行医许可、知情同意、隐私保密及法律关系、法律责任问题进行了探讨,并对我国远程医疗存在的法律问题提出相应意见与建议,以期健全远程医疗法律体制,促进远程医疗的发展。In order to perfect legal system of telemedicine and promote the development of telemedicine,this article focuses on the study of medical license,informed consent,privacy,legal relationship and legal liability issues,puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the legal problems of telemedicine in China at the same time.
