摘  要:针对某空间遥感器大口径反射镜采用的复合支撑结构的定位、解耦和释放热应力需求,设计了一种空心圆柱切槽式的柔节。根据该柔节在支撑结构中的功能,采用传统材料力学公式和有限元仿真相结合的手段开展柔节结构件的设计。该柔节可以约束沿柔节轴向的自由度,释放垂直轴向的方向的自由度,该柔节结构简单,并且很实用。采用有限元和试验的方法,对柔节在设计载荷下沿轴向的变形量和径向的变形量进行了仿真和测试,沿轴向的变形量为0.002mm,沿径向的变形量为0.113mm,该柔节满足支撑结构的解耦要求。According to the compound support's requirements of positioning, decoupling and releasing the thermal stress which was used in the big mirror of the space remote sensor, a flexible structure which was a hollow cylinder with flexible grooving. In view of the function of the flexible structure in the support structure, the flexible structure was de- signed by adopting the method combining the traditional material mechanics formula and finite element simulation. The flexible structure can constraint the degree of freedom in the axial direction, release the degree of freedom in the verti- cal direction of the axial direction, which structure is simple and practical. With the method of finite element analysis and test, analyse and test the deformation in the axial direction and the vertical direction of the axial direction under the design load, the deformation in the axial direction is 0.002mm, the deformation in the vertical direction of the axial direction is 0.113mm. The flexible structure satisfy the requirement of support structure of positioning, decoupling and releasing the thermal stress.
