光机结构温度场计算精度方法的研究

摘  要:接触热阻系数影响接触热阻值,进而影响热分析计算的精度。对摄远物镜系统的温度场计算精度的方法进行了研究,首先利用I-DEAS/TMG软件建立二维壳单元有限元模型,仿真计算稳态平衡工况,得到系统各部分的温度水平,然后与MSC.Patran&Nastran的三维体单元结构模型在相同边界条件下的稳态热分析结果进行对比,对比结果表明,接触热阻系数对系统的影响是显著的,在ZTC4与ZTC4之间的接触热阻系数应取160左右,而ZTC4与K9之间的接触热阻系数应为60左右。为光机结构的温度场精度计算提供了保障。Since the contact resistance coefficient affect the contact thermal resistance, thereby the accuracy of the thermal analysis and calculation is affected. In this paper, the accuracy of the temperature field calculation method for telephoto lens system were studied. At first, the I-DEAS/TMG software is used to establish a two-dimensional finite element model of the shell; the steady-state equilibrium conditions is simulated; the temperature level of each part of the system is got. Then the three-dimensional structure models of MS(;. Palran & Nastran steady state thermal analysis unit are compared under the same boundary conditions; the comparison results show that it is significant that the thermal contact resistance coefficient impact on the system; the contact thermal resistance coefficient between ZTC4 and ZTC4 should be taken about 160; and the contact resistance and coefficient between ZTC4 and K9 should be about 60 to provide a guarantee for field precision calculation. This important factor should not be overlooked for research on precision instruments for modeling.
