摘　　要：设计了一个风机在线监测诊断系统.采用单片机技术,集信号采集、状态监测、超值报警、LED数据显示、信号分析和智能诊断为一体.在现场应用中,使用效果良好,对现有的风机系统起到良好的监测和诊断作用,同时在其它的旋转机械领域中也有一定的适用性.The paper is about the Online monitoring and diagnosis system of fan.Using single chip microcomputer technology,signal acquisition,status monitoring,Value alarm,LED display,signal analysis and intelligent diagnosis data into an organic whole,A fan online monitoring and diagnosis system is designed.through the application in the field,the effect is good.The existing fan system plays a good role in monitoring and diagnosis.At the same time it also has certain applicability in the field of other rotary machine.
