摘　　要：研究分析了体育教学改革走自主创新模式的意义,探讨了自主创新教学模式在大学体育中的必要性,提出体育教学改革中个性化教学的具体实施办法.The paper researches and analyses the new pattern about the self-dependent innovation mode in PE teaching reform,explores the necessity of it and puts forward the specific measures for implementation of the PE Teaching Reform for individualized teaching.
