EORTC QLQ-BM22在评价中国癌症骨转移病人生活质量中的有效性研究

摘　　要：[目的]验证欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织的生活质量骨转移量表(EORTC QLQ-BM22)测定中国癌症骨转移病人生活质量的信度、效度及可接受性。[方法]采用EORTC QLQ-BM22问卷对2013年6月—2013年11月在天津市肿瘤医院内科病房接受治疗的121例癌症骨转移病人进行问卷调查,一次性完成欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织的生活质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)和EORTC QLQ-BM22,并进行KPS评分,对结果采用Cronbach’sα系数、Pearson相关检验及Wilcoxon秩和检验进行统计分析。[结果]4个领域的内部一致性均得到确认;EORTC QLQ-BM22与EORTCQLQ-C30之间具有足够的相关性,但二者存在一定差异;4个领域在不同KPS分组(KPS≤80;KPS>80)中的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);量表依从性较高。[结论]中国本土化的EORTC QLQBM22具有可靠性、有效性和可接受性,可用于评价中国癌症骨转移病人的生活质量。Objective：To verify the reliability,validity and acceptability of EORTC QLQ-BM22 in assessment of quality of life of cancer patients with bone metastasis in China.Methods：EORTC QLQ-BM22 questionnaire was used to investigate 121 cancer patients with bone metastasis treated in department of internal medicine in Tianjin cancer hospital from June 2013 to November 2013.The EORTC QLQ-C30 and EORTC QLQ-BM22 at one time were and to do completed KPS score.Statistical analysis of the results was carried out by using Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient,Pearson correlation analysis and Wilcoxon rank-sum test.Results：The internal consistency of the 4fields was confirmed.EORTC QLQ-BM22 and EORTC QLQ-C30 had enough correlation,but there were some differences between them.4fields in different KPS groups（KPS≤80;KPS80）had statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.The compliance of the scale was higher.Conclusion：The localization of EORTC QLQBM22 in China has the reliability,validity and acceptability.It can be used to evaluate the quality of life of cancer patients with bone metastasis in China.
