静脉血栓栓塞症的综合预防管理研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨住院病人静脉血栓栓塞症预防管理模式,有效降低病人静脉血栓栓塞症发生率。[方法]采用Caprini风险评估工具筛选高危病人,并对不同危险级别的病人采取相应的预防措施,比较实施血栓综合预防管理前后住院病人静脉血栓栓塞症发生率和护士预防静脉血栓栓塞症知识水平的变化。[结果]实施综合预防管理措施前后骨科住院病人中血栓高危病人所占比例无差异(P>0.05),实施静脉血栓栓塞症综合预防管理后,血栓发生率明显下降(P<0.05),护士知识水平有了明显提高(P<0.05)。[结论]住院病人静脉血栓栓塞症管理重在预防,建立全院范围的综合预防管理体系可有效降低病人静脉血栓栓塞症的发生率。Objective：To probe into the prevention and management model of inpatients with VTE and to reduce the incidence of VTE effectively.Methods：The Caprini risk assessment tool was used for screening high risk pa-tients and the corresponding preventive measures were taken for the patients at different risk levels,then to compare the change of incidence of VTE inpatients and nurses’VTE prevention knowledge level before and af-ter the implementation of comprehensive prevention and management.Results：The proportion of patients with high risk of thrombosis（P 〉0.05）was not different in the department of orthopedics before and after the imple-mentation of comprehensive prevention and management.After the implementation of comprehensire prevention and management of VTE,the incidence of thrombosis significantly decreased（P 〈0.05）,and the knowledge lev-el of nurses was significantly improved（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：VTE management of inpatients should be focused on prevention.The establishment of the comprehensive prevention and management system can effectively re-duce the incidence of patients with VTE in total hospital.
