摘　　要：背景Claudins是上皮细胞紧密连接中关键的整合蛋白调节器，对于维持肺泡上皮屏障完整性具有重要作用，而急性肺损伤（acute lung injury，ALI）的基本病理改变是肺上皮-毛细血管屏障的广泛破坏。目的探究Claudins与ALI的关系。内容综述Claudins在ALI中的表达及其相关机制。趋向Claudins有望成为Au的标志物。Background In epithelial tight junctions, Claudins are considered as key integral protein regulators responsible for the maintenance of alveolar epithelial barrier integrity. Disruption of the paracellular alveolar permeability barriers is a significant pathologic consequence of acute lung injury. Objective To explore relations of claudins with acute lung injury. Content This review is focused on the expression of elaudins during acute lung injury. Trend Claudins may be potential markers for acute lung injury induced by hemorrhagic shock.
