部队装备保障信息化建设浅析

摘　　要：针对装备保障对提高部队信息化条件下作战能力的重要性,通过查阅文献、实地调研、向专家咨询等方法,着重分析了部队装备保障信息化建设的重要意义及需遵循的原则,并从更新思想观念、加强顶层设计、深化军民融合、对接实战标准4个方面入手,提出了提高部队装备保障信息化能力需把握的几个问题。Aiming at the importance of war-fighting capability of the PLA in information-oriented conditions,the author puts emphasis on analyzing the significance and the principles to be followed in the construction of equipment support ,by referring to literature,making field investigation and con-sulting with the expert.The author also brings out some important problems to be solved out to en-hance the information-oriented abilities of the equipment support from four main aspects,including updating concepts,strengthening top level design,deepening the integration between the military and civilian and gearing up to standards for actual combat.
