摘　　要：气象事业是基础性社会公益事业,在经济建设、国防建设、社会发展、生态环境保护、人民生产生活中发挥着重要的基础性作用。气象观测工作是气象业务服务和科学研究的基础,气象探测环境保护的好坏直接关系到气象观测基本数据的代表性、准确性、连续性和可比较性,关系到天气气候预测预报和气象服务的准确性与针对性,关系到我国社会发展、经济建设、国防建设、生态文明建设和人民生产生活的安全问题,也关系到我国气象工作在国际上的声誉和形象。因此,做好气象探测环境保护工作意义深远,责任重大。Meteorological service is a fundamental social public welfare undertaking, and has played an important role in economic construction, national defense construction and social development, ecological environment protection and people ＇s production and living. Meteorological observation is the basis of meteorological service and scientific research, the meteorological observation environment protection is directly related to the representation, accuracy, continuity and comparability of basic meteorological observation data, and related to the accuracy of weather forecast and meteorological service, and also related to the safety of social development, economic construction, national defense construction, and ecological civilization construction and people＇s production and living, as well as the international reputation and image of China＇s meteorological work. Therefore, meteorological observation environment protection work has far-reaching significance and significant responsibility.
