摘　　要：专业图书馆与高校图书馆有有所不同,专业图书馆读者服务部工作它是图书馆工作的一个重要组成部分,也是图书馆一个重要"窗口"。"窗口"服务质量的高低直接影响整个图书馆服务的满意度;同时"窗口"服务也体现出一个图书馆的文献信息资源,通过"窗口"服务工作的充分利,直接把文献信息资源提供给有需求的读者。如何才能做好图书馆"窗口"的工作,其实与部门管理以及服务工作都是密不可分的。Professional library is quite differentwith university library, while its reader service department is animportantpart of library and also named library window, the quality of window service directly affected the satisfaction of readers.The window service also reflected the document information resource of library, through the full usage of window service, the document information resource was provided to the requiredreaders.In fact,window service was inseparable with department management and other service in library.
