摘　　要：本文分析了当前我国高校图书馆财务管理存在的问题,运用SWOT分析法从S,W,O,T四个方面对高校图书馆财务进行分析,进而对高校图书馆财务管理优化提出一些建设性的意见,以构建出一个针对高校图书馆财务优化的评价体系策略,以期提高图书馆的资金使用效率,节约购书费用,满足读者的阅读需求,提高读者满意度。The article pointed out the existing problems in university library＇s financial management and analyzed university library＇s financial management by applying SWOT analysis, and then put forwards some constructive suggestion, aiming to construct an evaluation system strategy for the optimization of university library ＇s financial management, so as to improve the service efficiency of funds, save book-purchasing cost, meet the needs of readers and enhance the readers ＇satisfaction.
