摘　　要：全媒体时代是以现代通讯、互联网等新媒体为标志的信息传播形态。高校图书馆传统的服务理念、方式方法已不适应日新月异发展的新形势,以及全媒体时代读者对信息需求的多样化、个性化、精准化的要求。因此,高校图书馆必须充分发挥自己在信息资源、人才、技术设备等方面的优势,不断深化和拓展新的服务领域,特别是信息咨询工作,使高校图书馆的资源利用达到最大化。Full media age is an information dissemination form with modern communication, internet and other new media as the symbols. Traditional university libraries＇ service idea and methods can＇t adapt to the new situation of constant development and readers＇ demand for the diversity, personalization and precision. University libraries should exert advantages in information resource, talents and technical equipments, and continue to deepen and extend new service fields, especially in the information consultation, so as to make full use of university libraries＇ resource.
