摘　　要：针对智慧社区建设实际需求,分析研究了智慧社区建设的特点和内容,提出了面向管理与服务的智慧社区建设总体架构。本文从社区安保、地下管网、部件采集、房产人员管理、物业管理等方面阐述了智慧社区综合信息管理平台的关键技术,为后续开展智慧城市的建设提供参考技术支撑服务。According to actual demand of Smart Community construction, analyzes characteristic and content of Smart Community construetion, proposed for the management and service of Smart Community construction architecture. The paper describes the key technology of platform from the community security, underground pipe network, component acquisition, personnel management, property management etc. To provide support services technical reference for smart city construction.
