摘　　要：从安居客房产网站自动获取成都市的商品住宅资料,利用GIS方法分析成都市商品住宅价格的空间分布特征,得出了成都市商品房价格空间分布结果和发展趋势。The information of commercial houses price of Chengdu City was downloaded automatically from the website of Anjuke real estate. The characteristics of the spatial distribution of the commercial housing price were analyzed using the GIS methods in this paper. The results and development trend of the spatial distribution of commercial housing price in Chengdu City were obtained.
