摘　　要：当前,我国测绘地理信息知识产权的内涵及发展现状仍不清晰。通过研究测绘地理信息知识产权内涵、调查统计测绘地理信息知识产权发展状况,分析得出测绘地理信息类知识产权的创造数量相对偏少、知识产权意识不强抑或整体创新能力较弱、创造与运用能力缺乏评价手段、发展环境不健全等问题。基于此,应加快构建测绘地理信息知识产权发展状况评价指标体系,制定符合测绘地理信息行业特点的知识产权政策,建立测绘地理信息知识产权服务平台,完善测绘地理信息知识产权发展环境。At present, the connotation and the development status of surveying and geo - information intellectual property fights is still not clear. Through studying the content of surveying and geo - information intelleetual property , investigating and statistically analyzing on the development status of surveying and geo - information intellectual property rights, it concluded that ： surveying and geo - information intellectual property＇ quantity are few, the intellectual property fights awareness is not strong or the innovation capability is weak, there is lack of tools to evaluate the ability of creation and application, development environment is not perfect and so on. Based on this, there should speed up constructing the evaluation index system of surveying and geo - information intellectual property fights＇ development status, develop proper intellectual property policy suitable for surveying and geo - information industry＇ s characteristics, establish service platform for surveying and geo - information intellectual property rights, improve surveying and geo - information intellectual property rights＇ development environment.
