摘　　要：以某水洗羽毛绒企业为例,从监测依据、评价标准、污染源与防治措施、监测内容、监测结果评价等方面,对羽绒工业建设项目竣工环境保护验收监测作实例分析。针对监测过程中需要关注的如单位产品基准排水量、无规律间歇性排水的污染物总量核算,以及恶臭气体无组织排放监测布点等问题,提出了解决方案。Based on the monitoring guide,evaluation standard,pollution sources and control measures,monitoring results and evaluation,etc.,a case study of environmental protection in down industry,for example,was carried out for check and accept of completed project. The study also gave solutions to some problems in monitoring process such as benchmark displacement per unit product,the total pollutants of irregular and intermittent drainage and sites setting of nonstationary emission of odor pollutants.
