摘  要:以玉米秸秆为原料,对经热化学处理后的秸秆进行发酵试验,设置堆腐预处理和碱预处理玉米秸秆发酵作为对比试验。所得试验结果为:热化学预处理玉米秸秆单位容积最大日产气量为1.122 L/d,发酵30 d的单位容积累计产气量为15.995 L,平均甲烷含量为45.85%;发酵完成后,热化学预处理玉米秸秆总固体与挥发性去除率分别为35.50%与39.32%,比未处理玉米秸秆分别提高14.15%与10.64%。在对比发酵试验中,热化学预处理的处理效果与堆腐预处理相似,但低于碱预处理。Taking corn stalk as feedstock, a fermentation experiment after thermo-chemical pretreatment was taken, and another two pretreatment methods were also performed as contrast, wet rot pretreatment and alkaline pretreatment. The results show that after thermo-chemical pretreatment, the maximum yield of biogas is 1.122 L/d of unit fermentation volume, and the total biogas yield is 15.995 L of unit fermentation volume for 30 days. And average methane ratio is 45.85%. After fermentation, its total solid and volatile reduction ratio are 35.50% and 39.32%, respectively, which increase 14.15% and 10.64% comparing with the untreated, respectively. In the contrast fermentation experiment, the result of thermo-chemical pretreatment is as same as wet rot pretreatment, while it is worse than alkaline pretreatment.
