摘  要:以软脂酸和肉豆蔻酸为原料制备出二元相变储能复合材料,利用差示扫描量热法研究软脂酸、肉豆蔻酸及二元相变储能复合材料的热性能;用高低温(交变湿热)实验箱对二元相变储能复合材料进行热稳定性研究。结果表明:制备的软脂酸/肉豆蔻酸二元相变储能材料相变潜热为186.6 J/g,熔点为50.6℃,凝固点为43.8℃,该材料适于作为太阳能地板辐射采暖系统的储能材料。经过410次反复加热和冷却实验后,其熔点和相变潜热变化不大,具有较好的热稳定性,腐蚀实验表明其对金属的腐蚀性小。A binary composite phase change energy storage material was prepared with palmitic acid and The thermal properties of palmitic acid, myristic acid and their binary composite were investigated myristic acid. by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the thermal stability was investigated by high-low temperature test box, respectively. The results show that the latent heat of the binary composite is 186.6 J/g, the melting temperature is 50.6 ℃, and the solidification temperature is 43.8 ℃. The binary composite is suitable for solar floor radiant heating system. The latent heat of phase change and the melting temperature of the binary composite have not obvious variations after 410 thermal cycles, which proves that the binary composite has good thermal stability. The results of corrosion tests show that the composite is less corrosive to metal.
