摘　　要：对从肾虚论治慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染相关疾病的理论基础、临床特点、医疗实践进行讨论、分析和总结。认为从肾虚论治慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染相关疾病已经形成系统的理论体系,丰富了现代中医肝病治疗学。其临床应用主要有补肾益精法、滋补肾阴法、温补肾阳法。在临床应用中主要应注意以辨证论治为基础,结合患者年龄、性别、地域、季节、病程等因素,灵活运用补肾法。在治疗过程中应牢记湿热疫毒这一基本病理特点,把握好扶正与祛邪的关系。补肾方中宜配伍清热利湿、健脾助运之品,且补肾药物多滋腻、温燥,补肾时宜顾护脾胃,加用健脾和胃、消食助运之品。This paper discussed,analyzed and summarized theoretical basis,clinical characteristics and medical practice of treating related diseases of chronic infection of hepatitis B virus from kidney deficiency. Systematic theoretical system has formed about treating related diseases of chronic infection of hepatitis B virus from kidney deficiency,which enriches modern Chinese Medicine therapeutics of liver diseases. Clinical applications mainly include tonifying kidney essence method,nourishing kidney Yin method and warmly invigorating kidney Yang method. Pay attention to the basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in clinical. Apply reinforcing kidney method flexibly according to patients＇ age,gender,region,season,course of disease,etc. Keep the basic pathological character of damp-heat epidemic toxin in mind during treatment. Balance promoting the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors.As Chinese herbs of reinforcing kidney are mostly nourishing,and warm drying in reinforcing kidney prescription,spleen and stomach should be protected as well. Thus,physicians should add Chinese herbs of clearing heat,removing dampness,invigorating and activating spleen,regulating stomach and promoting digestion.
