摘　　要：针对目前泌尿系结石诊疗过程中存在的问题,以多年来建立并实施的防治方案为例,分析中医药切入本病防治过程的最佳时机,及泌尿系结石中西医结合防治模式的三个重点内涵,即全程化、综合化、防与治相结合,最终达到降低疾病复发、提高医疗服务质量、减轻医疗负担的目标。This paper discusses problems in the process of diagnosing and treating urinary calculi at present. Taking preventing and therapeutic schemes established and practiced over the years for example,the paper analyzes the best time to cut in traditional Chinese medicine in the preventing and treating process of this disease. It also introduces three important connotations of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine preventing and treating model of urinary calculi,which contains whole-coursing,comprehensiveness and combination,of preventing and treating. The final goal is decreasing disease recrudescence,improving medical service quality and reducing medical burden.
