镁合金变速箱盖压铸模设计及工艺分析

摘　　要：以镁合金变速箱盖为例,分析了箱盖的结构特点,介绍了镁合金压铸模浇注系统、排气系统、冷却系统和抽芯机构的设计方法,确定了最佳工艺参数,并通过安装、调试,生产出合格的产品,证明了模具设计及工艺选择的合理性。Based on the analysis of structural characteristics of the magnesium alloy gearbox cover,the gating system,exhausting system,cooling system and core-pulling mechanism of magnesium alloy diecasting molds were described.Process parameters were optimized and applied to produce qualified products.The practical production exhibits the feasibility of mold design and processing parameter selection.
