摘 要:为了探索钢渣粉品质与胶凝活性之间的关系,采集了6种分布于中国不同区域的钢渣,通过化学分析与X射线衍射(XRD)分析其化学组成与矿物组成,依据《用于水泥和混凝土中的钢渣粉》(GB/T 20491—2006)进行胶凝活性试验,借助灰色系统理论分析了钢渣粉组成对其胶凝活性的影响,并建立了28d抗压强度预测模型。结果表明:适当提高CaO,MgO,SO3的质量分数均有利于提高钢渣粉的胶凝活性;与钢渣碱度系数相比,钢渣中(CaO+MgO)/(Fe2O3+SiO2)值与胶凝活性的关联度更高(达0.94以上),其值在一定程度上反映了钢渣粉胶凝活性的大小;据此建立了其与砂浆28d抗压强度的GM(1,2)预测模型,预测值与实测值吻合较好,平均相对误差<3%。In order to explore the relationship between the quality and the cementitious activity of steel slag powder,six kinds of steel slag were collected which were widely distributed in different regions of China,the chemical composition and mineral composition were analyzed by chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),respectively.The cementitious activity test were achieved,according to the standard of《Steel Slag Powder Used for Cement and Concrete》(GB/T 20491—2006),the effect between the cementitious activity and steel slag compositions was analyzed by means of the Grey System Theory,and the forecast model of compressive strength at 28 dage was established.The experimental results show that it is beneficial to the cementitious activity of steel slag powder with the properly increase of the mass fraction of CaO,MgO,SO3.Compared with the basic parameter of steel slag,the grey correlation degree between the value of(CaO+MgO)/(Fe2O3+SiO2)and the cementitious activity is more higher(more than 0.94),which can reflect cementitious activity of steel slag powder in a certain degree.GM(1,2)prediction model was established between the value of(CaO+MgO)/(Fe2O3+SiO2)and compressive strength of mortar at 28 dage,of which the predicted values are in good agreement with the measured values,and the average relative error is lower than 3%.
