2007-2013年雅安市雨城区成蚊与蚊媒传染病调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省雅安市雨城区成蚊种群构成和季节消长规律,阐明主要蚊媒传染病流行特征,为蚊虫的防制和相关传染病防控提供科学依据。方法按照全国病媒生物监测方案设置监测点,采用诱蚊灯法调查成蚊种类和密度;利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病报告管理系统,回顾性收集乙脑、疟疾病例信息并进行统计分析。结果雨城区成蚊有9种,其中三带喙库蚊和致倦库蚊为当地优势种;牲畜棚蚊密度最高,其次为农户;蚊活动高峰为6-8月。雨城区报告蚊传疾病乙脑10例、输入性疟疾8例,无聚集性。结论雨城区乙脑、疟疾传播媒介三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊在各类生境中密度较高,总密度尤以牲畜棚最高,应重点加强监测和病例报告、管理以及牲畜棚、居住环境蚊虫的防治工作。Objective To investigate the composition and seasonal fluctuation of adult mosquito populations in Yucheng district of Yaan city,clarify the main features of mosquito- borne epidemics,and to provide a scientific basis for mosquito control and related infectious diseases prevention and control. Methods In accordance with the national monitoring program,surveillance of vectors point were set up,the type and density of adult mosquitoes were investigated by light trapping method. Using the Information from Chinese CDC,information about Japanese encephalitis（ JE） and malaria were retrospectively analyzed. Data were descriptive statistical analyzed. Results There were 9 kinds of adult mosquitoes in Yucheng,Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were local dominant species. Livestock shed had the highest mosquito density,followed by peasant households. Mosquito activity peaked in the Jun. to Aug.of the year. Ten cases of JE and 8 cases of imported malaria were reported during the period,with no aggregation cases. Conclusion Culex tritaeniorhynchus,Anopheles sinensis are of high density in various types of habitats,especially in the livestock shed.Surveillance work,management of case reporting,as well as control of mosquitoes in livestock shed and the living environment all need to be further strengthened.
