摘　　要：目的了解山东省农村学龄前留守儿童监护人的膳食营养健康知识、态度及行为(KAP)现状,为进一步开展相关有效的健康干预提供依据。方法抽取山东省2个县646名学龄前儿童监护人,利用自制调查问卷进行调查。结果留守儿童监护人膳食营养健康知识得分为(64.92±9.92)分,低于非留守儿童监护人的(67.45±11.37)分(P<0.05);留守儿童监护人对孩子的膳食营养持有比较积极的态度,但态度得分为(83.05±12.54)分,低于非留守儿童监护人的(87.68±9.84)分(P<0.05);监护人对留守儿童膳食营养的行为有待改善。结论农村学龄前留守儿童监护人膳食营养健康知识相对匮乏,具有接受膳食营养知识的良好态度,但行为较为欠缺,应注重农村学龄前留守儿童监护人的健康干预。Objective To evaluate the status of knowledge, attitude and practice about health dietary nutrition among the guardians of left-behind preschool children and to provide evidence for establishing effective health interven- tion measures. Methods Totally 646 guardians of preschool children were selected form two counties in Shandong prov- ince and surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The guardians of left-behind preschool children had a sig- nificantly lower scores of health dietary nutrition knowledge （64. 92 ± 9. 92 vs. 67.45± 11.37 ） and active attitude towards healthy dietary nutrition（ 83.05 ± 12. 54 vs. 87.68 ± 9.84 ） than the guardians of non-left-behind preschool chil- dren （ both P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The guardians of rural preschool left-behind children are lack of health dietary nutri- tion knowledge and have poor practice in healthy nutrition although they have active attitude towards health dietary nutri- tion, suggesting we should pay attention to health intervention among the guardians of rural left-behind preschool chil- dren.
