摘　　要：在基金家族普遍存在的背景下,其造星行为防控已被置于基金监管的重要位置。本文在基金外部治理视阈下对约束基金家族造星行为进行了实践考察与理论分析。研究结论认为,监管层需从基金主体市场化、基金监管制度建设和基金监管者的三项基本维度来提升基金外部治理效能,以改进基金家族造星行为的监管成效。Under the background of the prevalent fund family organization, the prevention-control of the mutual fund family creating-star behaviors has been placed in the supervision. The paper studied and analyzed the mutual fund family creating-star behaviors in the external fund governance. The study found that the supervisors should pay special attention to the marketization of mutual fund management, the construction of regulatory system and the self-supervis- ing to the supervisors in order to raise the efficiency of mutual fund external governance and restrain the mutual fund family creating-star behaviors.
