摘　　要：目的对重庆市开展母婴保健技术服务项目现状进行调查分析,找出存在的问题,提出合理建议。方法采用现场调查方法,对重庆市10个区(县)的医疗机构开展母婴保健技术服务的情况进行调查。结果调查开展母婴保健技术服务项目的 93家医疗机构,主要开展终止妊娠、结扎手术和助产技术服务项目。93家机构中,全民性质72家,民营21家。未经许可开展的有13家,许可证过期26家,许可证未变更15家。共检查从事母婴保健技术服务的医务人员1 379人,近50%没有取得母婴保健技术服务考核合格证。结论应加大监管力度,严格许可证审批,加强法律知识培训,提高监督管理水平。Objective To investigate and analyze current situation of technical service for maternal and child health care in Chongqing,so as to find out existing problems and to propose appropriate suggestions. Methods Field survey was performed to investigate the condition of technical service for maternal and child health care in medical institutions in ten districts（ counties） of Chongqing. Results A total of 93 medical institutions who developed technical service items for maternal and child health care were included. These medical institutions developed technical service items mainly including termination of pregnancy,ligation operation,and delivery. These 93 medical institutions consisted with 72 state- owned institutions and 21 private- operated institutions. There were 13 institutions developing items without permission,26 institutions with expired license,and 15 institutions with unchanged license. A total of 1 379 medical personnel were engaged in technical service for maternal and child health care,and nearly 50% of them did not acquire maternal and child health care technology service inspection certification. Conclusion Supervision and management should be enhanced,license approval should be controlled strictly,training on legal knowledge should be strengthened,and level of supervision and management should be elevated.
