布地奈德雾化吸入联合中药方治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合中药方治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将80例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入常规治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用中药方内服和穴位外敷等治疗。比较两组患儿临床症状和体征消失时间、肺功能指标及临床疗效指标。结果治疗组咳嗽、气促、哮鸣音及湿啰音等临床症状和体征消失时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的1 s用力呼气量(FEV1.0)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流速(PEF)等肺功能指标均明显好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合中药方治疗儿童支气管哮喘,可缩短临床症状和体征消失时间,改善肺功能,提高临床疗效,中西医结合治疗儿童支气管哮喘值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of budesonide atomization inhalation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma,provide a basis for clinical treatment. Methods Eighty children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 children in each group. The children in control group were treated with routine therapy（ budesonide atomization inhalation）,while the children in treatment group were treated with oral administration and acupuncture point external application of traditional Chinese medicine based on budesonide atomization inhalation. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs,pulmonary function indexes,and clinical curative indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs（ coughing,shortness of breath relief,wheezing rale,and Moist rale） in treatment group were statistically significantly shorter than those in control group（ P 〈0. 05）; FEV1. 0,forced vital capacity（ FVC）,peak expiratory flow（ PEF） after treatment in treatment group were statistically significantly better than those in control group（ P 〈0. 05）; the total effective rate in treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide atomization inhalation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs,improve pulmonary function,and raise clinical curative effect; the method is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
