摘 要:以聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、甲基苯并三氮唑和水杨醛为原料合成一种沥青分散剂,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了合成样品的结构,并对其进行热重分析、分散稳定性评价和动态阻垢性能评价,考察其耐温、分散和阻垢性能。结果表明:该分散剂具有较好的耐温、分散和阻垢性能;在400℃以下,该分散剂未出现热失重情况,在450℃和500℃时的热失重率分别为12.0%和35.5%;加入该分散剂后沥青质溶液的透光率基本为0,可有效抑制沥青质的絮凝、沉积;对于某炼油厂的油浆,在加入该分散剂(加剂量150 mgL)后,阻垢率达到75.6%。A new asphaltene dispersant was synthesized using polyisobutylene keating diimide, methyl benzene, and three azole nitrogen and salicylaldehyde as raw materials and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The temperature resistance, dispersion and scale inhibition of the synthesized sample were studied by thermogravimetric analysis method, dispersion stability analysis method and dynamic anti-fouling performance evaluation method. The results show that under 400 ℃ ,no thermal weight loss rate of the synthesized sample is found, while at 450 ℃ and 500℃, the rates are 12.0% and 35.5% , respectively. The transmittance of asphaltene solution with the synthetic sample is 0, indicating the effective inhibition of the asphaltenes flocculation. For one of refinery sludge, the scale inhibition rate of the synthetic sample reaches 75.6% when it is added in an amount of 150 mg/L.
