摘 要:为了探明脲酶/硝化(脲酶抑制剂硼酸B/硝化抑制剂双氰胺DCD)双控过程中不同浓度的硝化抑制剂双氰胺(Dicyandiamide,DCD)对尿素分解转化的调控作用,采用室内恒温培养法,研究了脲酶抑制剂硼酸B和硝化抑制剂双氰胺DCD配合施用过程中,DCD在2%,5%,8%和13%这4个浓度时对脲酶/硝化双控剂的影响。研究表明,各脲酶/硝化双控剂处理均能不同程度减缓尿素水解,8%和13%DCD处理使尿素释放高峰期延迟7d,使NH4+-N含量从14d开始到培养结束保持较高水平,NH4+-N含量高达148.918和187.105mg/kg,有效抑制了NH4+-N向NO3--N的转化,减少硝酸盐的产生,培养结束时NO3--N含量为5.181-35.463mg/kg,作用时间可达到84d以上。其中DCD用量8%时土壤NH4+-N累积量最大,且变化平稳,NO3--N含量增幅最小,与其他处理相比缓控释效应十分理想。To explore the regulation effects of different ratios of dicyandiamide(DCD)on influence of urease/nitrification inhibitor on urea nitrogen transformation,a 112-day indoor thermostatic incubation experiment was carried out to evaluate effects of combined application of urease inhibitor,boric acid(B),and nitrification inhibitor,dicyandiamide(DCD),on nitrogen loss.Four ratios of DCD application(2%,5%,8% and 13%,w/w)were established.The results showed that urease/nitrification inhibitor could effectively slow down the hydrolysis of urea.In 8%and 13% DCD treatments,the release peak of urea was postponed 7days.The concentration of NH4+-N maintained at a high level from 14 dto the end of the incubation experiment,ranging from 148.918 to 187.105 mg/kg,which significantly limited the transformation of NH4+-N to NO3--N and decreased production of nitrate.At the end of the experiment,the concentration of NO3--N was in the range of 5.181 to 35.463mg/kg.The combined application of boric acid and DCD was effective for more than 84 din maintaining N in NH4+form and reducing concentration of NO3--N.These results suggested that in 8% DCD treatment,the concentration of NH4+reached the highest level and remained stable,which have the greatest potential to reduce nitrogen loss.
