摘 要:为了解决钻井过程中的防斜与打快技术难题,研制了全旋转推靠式自动垂直钻井工具。在介绍工具工作原理的基础上,对工具的纠斜和稳斜功能、提升机械钻速的能力及使用可靠性进行了试验,借助DJY-1井对工具的使用效果进行了现场验证。应用结果表明,全旋转推靠式自动垂直钻井工具在井下作业时实现了纠斜和稳斜功能,提高了机械钻速,释放了钻压,有效地解决了防斜与打快矛盾;工具下井后部分零件出现了磨损情况,可见零件的耐磨性有待提高。建议进一步检验工具的纠斜和稳斜能力,使工具防斜打快的优势在以后的钻井作业中能够充分体现出来。In order to solve the problems in deviation control and rapid drilling during oil and gas well drilling, a full-rotation push-type automatic vertical drilling tool is developed. This paper reviews the working principle of the tool, and then analyzes deviation correction and angle holding capacity, R0P improvement capacity and downhole operation reliability by tests. Moreover, effects of the tool are verified by its practical application in Well DJY- 1. Application results show that the full-rotation push-type automatic vertical drilling tool can perform deviation cor- rection and angle holding, improve ROP and release the bit pressure, to effectively solve the contradiction between deviation control and rapid drilling during downhole operation. Some parts run into the hole are worn, suggesting that the wear resistance needs to be improved. It is suggested to further check deviation correction and angle holding ca- pacity of the tool in order to use it efficiently in deviation control and rapid drilling in the future drilling operations.
