摘　　要：为了提高钻机的移运性能,缩短钻机搬家时间,研制了一套7 000 m快速移运拖挂钻机。该钻机短距离搬家时满足井架、底座直立状态整体移运要求,在移运条件受到限制时,井架(带天车、游车钻井钢丝绳及顶部驱动装置等)和底座(带钻台设备)分别单独低位整体移运,钻机各辅助功能模块也能满足快速搬家的要求。钻机配套了整体正压防爆司钻控制房和钻机消防系统,提高了钻机使用的安全性。在阿布扎比油田基地的现场应用中,钻机从着手搬家到搬家就位完成所有部件连接达到钻井状态总共用时48 h,钻机所有部件搬家车次约为16车,比常规7 000 m钻机节省80%的拆卸、搬家、安装时间和搬家车次,大大缩短了钻机的搬家时间,提高了搬家效率,降低了搬家成本。In order to facilitate movement of drilling rig in terms of performance and time, a 7 000 m quick- carrying trailer-mounted drilling rig is developed. The drilling rig can be moved as a whole with derrick and base in vertical state in case of short-distance relocation. In case of limited movement conditions, derrick （with crown block, traveling block, drilling line, top drive and other devices） and base （with a drilling floor） can be moved independent at lower level. Auxiliary function modules of the drilling rig also meet the requirements for quick reloca- tion. The drilling rig is equipped with integrated positive-pressure explosion-proof driller＇ s house and fire-fighting system to improve drilling rig operation safety. In field application in the Abu Dhabi Oilfield, totally 48 h were used from preparation for relocation till completion of relocation and all components connected and ready for drilling, and all components were transported by 16 vehicles. The proposed drilling rig required time and number of vehicles for dismantling, relocation and installation as 80% of that of conventional 7 000 m drilling rig, so it provides high- er relocation efficiency and lower relocation costs.
